Having, among others, the Zanzibar and Bazaruto Archipelagoes, both Tanzania and Mozambique are well known and established dive locations. However, professionally equipped and run live aboard dive charters are few and far between. In fact, we provide the most experienced and professionally run live aboard diving charter along the East African coast.

Extreme Blue Water Diving (EBWD) is a new brand name in diving and we are operate bases in Tanzania (Zanzibar) and Mozambique. We aim to provide you with the best live aboard diving experience to be had in our beautiful part of the world. Albeit a new brand in diving, we come from a background of many years of experience in diving, living along the East African coastline, running businesses in East Africa, and operating live aboard charters to some of the most remote and pristine locations that Tanzania and Mozambique have to offer. During your dives, expect to see no other divers than those on the same trip as you!

Although our trips are generally oriented toward experienced divers seeking adrenaline filled dives with sharks and other big fish, breathtaking drop-offs, and crystal clear visibility consisting of strong currents, we also tailor make trips for those less experienced and seeking a lower key dive that is still off the beaten track.

Zanzibar

ZANZIBAR ACHIPELAGO
Made up of the two main islands of Pemba and Unguja (Zanzibar). Here you will find the best of both worlds - excellent blue water fishing, quality accommodation, culture and history, and a little bit of adventure.

Mozambique

The archipelago is an isolated and remote area, and is probably the last stretch of East African coastline where the marine environment and beaches are very rarely visited by westerners.
